A leading social enterprise seeks a Research Assistant to support two research studies related to migration in Tunisia, Egypt, Germany, and Ireland. The ideal candidate will hold a relevant undergraduate degree and have 3-5 years of research experience, demonstrating strong analytical and communication skills. Seefar is seeking CVs from excellent candidates for the role of Research Assistant to support the implementation of two research studies under the SUSTAIN project. The first study focuses on Talent Partnership Countries (TPC), with particular emphasis on Tunisia and Egypt. The second study examines STEM employer engagement and international recruitment practices in Germany and Ireland. This is a full time-position.

The role involves supporting both qualitative and quantitative research processes, including data collection, cleaning, analysis, and report drafting. It also requires strong organizational and communication skills for effective stakeholder engagement and reporting.

To thrive in this role, you hold an undergraduate degree in a relevant field and bring three to five years of experience supporting research on migration-related projects. You demonstrate strong analytical and project coordination skills, with a proven ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and meet tight deadlines.
You are fluent in English, Arabic, and French, with excellent writing skills that enable you to contribute effectively to reports and stakeholder communications. You are comfortable engaging with local partners and institutional stakeholders to ensure that research activities are well-aligned and responsive to evolving project needs.
Highly organized and detail-oriented, you excel at prioritizing tasks and delivering high-quality outputs independently. You are motivated by a commitment to social impact and bring a client-focused mindset, balanced with the ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced, research-driven environment.
