Wood is recruiting for Renewable Energy consultants to join its advisory services team.
We are currently working on global projects from across the renewables sector including onshore and offshore Wind, Solar PV, Battery and Energy Storage Systems (BESS) and Hydrogen.
The Renewables team in Germany is based in Hamburg; however, we recognise the value of remote and hybrid working so are open to applications throughout Germany.

Our Renewable Energy Consultants (RECs) will undertake specific tasks relating to the delivery of a portfolio of due diligence assignments at the direction of the project manager and or team leaders. This will enable the assessment of renewable energy projects on behalf of our clients. Through a collaborative approach with multi-discipline teams, the RECs will project manage and support with the production of a professional and detailed report exacting the client’s requirements.
The breadth of work across our business will provide you with an opportunity to work across a wide range of projects, expanding your knowledge and expertise within the renewables and energy transition sector.
As part of your development, you will be assigned a mentor from within the renewables business having the opportunity to learn directly from an expert within their field.
In addition to this we have a unique library of recorded training material specifically for advisory services. You will also be able to join our companywide Energy Transition and Project Management academies. Here you will have the chance to increase your knowledge and exposure to new and emerging energy transition systems and technologies and increase and improve your Project Management skills and knowledge. Learning from experts and growing your network across the business.
