Overview

This role is 100% remote for someone with E-COMMERCE Background and fluent German. You will be working with the Germany-based team of one of the fastest growing e-commerce businesses in the world. Your job is to research, locate and engage with new suppliers & vendors with new products that will be sold on the site. You must have an e-commerce background and an established network of vendors.

SALARY: €100,000-€160,000 per annum + excellent benefits

LOCATION: 100% remote role based anywhere in the DACH region

LANGUAGE REQUIRED: Fluent German and fluent English

ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE: Vendor management (local seller network)

Duties

• Research, develop and initiate conversations with merchandise partners, manufacturers, and brands with a view to them putting their goods on the e-commerce platform
• Help merchandise partners establish their presence on the e-commerce platform
• Help vendors develop a business plans (eg market positioning, product planning, brand marketing, and logistics)
• Do market research and gain an understanding of what customers are buying online
• Help your vendors with plans to help them cope with logistics during high-demand periods such as Christmas
• Undertake data analysis of consumer trends
