A leading engineering company in Germany is seeking a visionary sales leader to drive growth in sensing technology. This role requires managing a team, developing market strategies, and facilitating strong partnerships across the organization. Candidates should have substantial experience in sales leadership, particularly in HVAC or related fields, along with excellent networking skills and business fluency in English. You will be at the forefront of some of the world’s most powerful trends—electrification, digitalization, and sustainability. In this role, you’ll drive the growth of Danfoss’ sensing solutions, the core technology that enables energy savings and smarter systems in critical markets like HVAC, refrigeration, and data centers.
Your mission is to lead a high-performing team and act as the central voice for our customers in Europe. You will build the strategy that ensures our sensors are the top choice for our customers and partners, directly contributing to a more energy-efficient and sustainable future for our cities and industries.
This is more than a sales role; it’s a leadership opportunity to shape our market approach. You will build powerful networks across our organization and serve as the vital bridge between our Sensing Solutions and other Climate Solutions divisions, ensuring we win together.
This role will be home-office based in either Germany or Denmark.
