The Impact You’ll Make

You will be at the forefront of some of the world’s most powerful trends—electrification, digitalization, and sustainability. In this role, you’ll drive the growth of Danfoss’ sensing solutions, the core technology that enables energy savings and smarter systems in critical markets like HVAC, refrigeration, and data centers.

Your mission is to lead a high-performing team and act as the central voice for our customers in Europe. You will build the strategy that ensures our sensors are the top choice for our customers and partners, directly contributing to a more energy-efficient and sustainable future for our cities and industries.

This is more than a sales role; it’s a leadership opportunity to shape our market approach. You will build powerful networks across our organization and serve as the vital bridge between our Sensing Solutions and other Climate Solutions divisions, ensuring we win together.

This role will be home-office based in either Germany or Denmark.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • You will lead and inspire a team of 3 sales developers across Europe, coaching them to become trusted sensor experts, foster a mindset to win and drive profitable growth for our sensor portfolio.
  • You will utilize your own sensor know-how , when supporting your team and the wider Climate Solutions sales force in critical customer meetings and strategic business reviews.
  • You will identify and develop major growth opportunities in our core markets, building a strong sales pipeline and positioning Danfoss to win the maximum market share.
  • You will build powerful partnerships within our matrix organization, fostering deep collaboration with the Climate Solutions sales teams to drive leads and close new deals.
  • You will be the voice of the European market within our global Sensing Solutions team, ensuring our product roadmaps and marketing strategies meet regional customer needs.
What We’re Looking For
  • Proven experience in (sales) leadership roles , with a passion for coaching and developing high-performing teams, ideally within an international and complex matrix environment.
  • Strong market knowledge and proven experience in HVAC, refrigeration, or data centers , which will allow you to make an impact quickly.
  • Exceptional networking and relationship-building skills, with the ability to communicate a compelling vision and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • A strategic mindset combined with a hands-on approach and a genuine pride in winning new business and achieving growth targets.
  • Business fluent English skills, every other European language is a plus
