Amplity – a global partner of biopharma companies – is seeking a Regional Medical Science Liaison (MSL) to join a leading US-based biopharmaceutical company in Germany. This field-based role focuses on breast cancer and precision medicine across Germany, Switzerland, Austria, Hungary, Poland, Czech Republic, and Bulgaria.

What You’ll Do
  • Build and strengthen relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), Principal Investigators (PIs), and research teams to support clinical trial success across the region.
  • Provide scientific information and training to study sites and healthcare providers, focusing on breast cancer treatments and oncology innovations.
  • Act as the field-based liaison between clinical trial sites and corporate operations teams to optimize patient enrollment and study performance.
  • Deliver impactful scientific presentations and facilitate strategic discussions to enhance the visibility of client-sponsored trials in oncology.
  • Identify and support new trial centers in underserved areas.
What We’re Looking For
  • Education: Advanced degree – Doctorate preferred (Pharm D, MD or PhD).
  • Experience: 5+ years in the pharmaceutical/biotech industry with proven MSL experience, strong background in oncology (breast cancer highly preferred).
  • Languages: Fluent in English and German. Knowledge of other languages is a plus.
  • Travel: Willingness to travel across the region.
