Tasks
- Evaluation of customer requirements and contracts regarding feasibility and risks
- Quality assurance in the bidding, development, and project phases
- Analysis and documentation of internal and external quality issues
- Conducting and moderating FMEAs (Failure Mode and Effects Analysis) and creating quality-related specifications
- Planning and conducting internal, external, and customer audits
- Participation in verification and qualification planning
- Coordination of design solutions and specifications
- Conducting quality reviews in development projects
Requirements
- Completed degree in engineering, preferably with a focus on optics, optoelectronics or optomechanics
- Several years of professional experience in quality-related support of development projects
- In-depth knowledge of project and process management
- Very good knowledge of SAP; ideally also experience with DOORS / Requirements Management
- Experience with APQP, Six Sigma, SPC, FMEA
- Very good German skills (at least C1) and English skills (at least C1)
- A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
