About this position

What you'll do

  • Ensuring the functionality, quality, and safety of buildings, taking environmental protection requirements into account; implementing owner/operator obligations as delegated by the Head of Property Management
  • Managing leasing activities, preparing offers and contracts, and developing and evaluating usage concepts
  • Coordinating the deployment of internal specialist departments and external service providers, as well as monitoring and approving services rendered
  • Budgeting, cost controlling and optimization, and ensuring needs-based building documentation
  • Providing functional leadership to the assigned property coordinators and ensuring customer-oriented operations

  • Completed degree in Real Estate Management, Facility Management, Engineering, or a comparable qualification
  • At least 5 years of relevant professional experience in real estate management with leadership responsibility
  • Knowledge of building operations with operator responsibility, occupational safety, environmental and fire protection, as well as other relevant standards
  • Strong business administration and technical expertise
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Fluency in German and English
