Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and steer all strategic sales projects in close alignment with management and cross‑functional stakeholders.
  • Support the implementation of the sales strategy in international subsidiaries by identifying, developing, and implementing sales measures and concepts.
  • Systematically standardise and harmonise international sales processes and systems.
  • Collaborate with the CRM team to continuously develop the CRM system to align with sales strategy and coordinate closely with relevant stakeholders.
Qualifications
  • Completed Master’s degree in Business Administration, International Management or a comparable qualification.
  • Several years of experience in project management, consulting or a related internal role.
  • Strong communication and methodological skills combined with a hands‑on mentality and flexibility.
  • Strong project management skills, analytical thinking and structured working style.
  • Fluent in German and English (written and spoken); additional languages a plus.
  • Excellent MS Office knowledge, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Willingness to travel internationally occasionally.
