RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead and manage worldwide projects from inception to completion
• Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets
• Technical and commercial contract negotiations
• Preparation of client documentation
• Close collaboration and guidance of execution team
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards

QUALIFICATIONS

• Experienced and motivated Project Manager to oversee the planning, execution, and completion of offshore wind projects
• Minimum of 5 years of project management experience, preferably in the renewable energy sector
• Excellent organizational, communication and leadership skills
• Understanding of technical interrelations
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines
• Up to 50% travel and willingness to go offshore
• Fluent in English
