Our team in Germany combines technology and experience design to create emotive yet conversion-focused ideas, products and campaigns at scale and speed. Our specialty is digital experiences and communication that change perceptions and shape new behaviors to make a difference in the market. Your clients will include nationally and internationally recognized brands such as C&A, Jägermeister, Beiersdorf, Wempe, and many others.

Job Purpose

For our team in Germany, we are looking for a Project Manager (m/f/div) who will create exciting technological projects with the best design and first-class usability together with our client.

Key Responsibilities

1. Planning, coordination, and implementation of complex online and e-commerce projects, always keeping an eye on the fulfillment of milestones.
2. Manage the entire project from the preparation of the offer to the control of the relevant key figures to realize the project on time and within budget.
3. You are a central interface in communication and clarification of requirements and needs between internal and external stakeholders as well as with our implementing expert teams.
4. When advising and supporting our customers, you will impress them with your confident and proactive manner.
5. Use your knowledge and experience in stakeholder management, risk management, controlling, and reporting.
6. On a day-to-day basis, you will lead an interdisciplinary project team, also across locations, and will be in regular, close contact with each other.

What We Are Looking For

1. You have at least 3+ years of experience in a client-facing agency role or in direct, competent, and trustworthy consulting of clients in a corporate environment.
2. Fluent in written and spoken German and English.
3. You have practical experience in the technical implementation of digital projects and/or e-commerce projects.
4. You already have experience in (multi-)project management as well as the classic and agile project management methods and tools (e.g., Asana or Jira).
5. You are skilled in the creation of cost overviews and offers.
6. Design project plans with milestones and dependencies.
7. Create re-briefings and document deadlines with clients.
8. Work independently, on your own responsibility, in a structured and organized manner, characterized by a high sense of quality and a great sense of responsibility.
9. See yourself as a team player and already have some experience in leading interdisciplinary teams in Strategy / UX / UI / Dev / QA to achieve the common goal.
