Project Manager (m/f/d) for the Technical Insulation department - Klipphausen

With 230 permanent employees and over 220 freelancers, we have been supporting our customers for many years in the planning, manufacture, installation and maintenance of building equipment and supplying solutions of high German quality for construction projects throughout Europe.

TLC is undergoing a strong growth process and Denmark is one of our strategic growth areas. To strengthen our team in Klipphausen, we are looking for a dedicated project manager in the field of technical insulation. With us, you will have the opportunity to play a key role in large construction projects in the areas of insulation, façade cladding, ventilation duct construction and passive fire protection.

As a project manager, you will be jointly responsible for driving our construction projects forward and coordinating them, taking into account deadlines, desired quality standards, working environment and safety. You will lead a team of 10-15 insulators and fitters, and your day-to-day work will be characterized by responsibility and variety.

What you can expect from us:

• Project planning and costing, including capacity and deployment planning for assembly personnel and subcontractors. In addition, preparation of quotations, order processing and invoicing.
• Technical and commercial project management, including the management of installation personnel and any subcontractors and ensuring compliance with deadlines, tasks, quality targets and budget. Coordination of material requirements and logistics in cooperation with the site manager.
• Ensuring order and safety in accordance with health and safety measures on construction sites, compliance with health and safety regulations and coordination of vacation planning.
• Training, guidance, evaluation and development of technical staff in collaboration with the site manager.
• Continuous monitoring and improvement of quality and productivity, ensuring good communication and support for clients, engineers and site managers.

What you bring with you:

• Several years of experience as a project manager in the construction industry and several years of experience in installation - especially of technical insulation, preferably sheet metal sheathing, ventilation and fire protection.
• Service-oriented, reliable mentality and the mindset to motivate yourself and your employees.
• Responsible, quality-oriented, loyal, honest and winning personality.
• Willingness to travel to current construction projects in Denmark, an EU work permit and a class B driver's license.
• German language skills at B2 level and at best a good knowledge of a Slavic language such as Polish, Slovakian and Bosnian.
