Qualifikationen

• 2–4 Jahre relevante Erfahrung im Projektmanagement oder Kampagnenmanagement.
• Starke organisatorische Fähigkeiten und die Fähigkeit, komplexe Zeitpläne zu verwalten.
• Ausgezeichnete Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Italienisch und Englisch; Deutsch von Vorteil.

Aufgaben

• Eigenverantwortliche Verwaltung und Umsetzung mehrerer Projekte von Anfang bis Ende.
• Entwicklung innovativer, markenorientierter Konzepte für verschiedene Kunden.
• Planung und Koordination von sozialen Medien-Video-Drehs und Management der Logistik.

We’re looking for a driven Project Manager Italy with a passion for social media, strong organizational skills, and a creative mindset. Based in Milan, you’ll be at the intersection of brands and creators, leading exciting influencer and social media campaigns from concept to execution. With a sharp eye for detail, confident client communication, and a hands-on approach, you’ll play a key role in shaping standout campaigns for leading brands across platforms.

Project Ownership

• Independently manage and execute multiple projects from start to finish — ensuring smooth delivery, creative excellence, and strong results.
  
  

Concept Development

• Develop innovative, brand-aligned concepts for various clients across platforms — always tailored to audience, format, and purpose.
  
  

Client & Stakeholder Communication

• Ensure confident, clear, and professional communication with clients, influencers, creators, videographers, and internal stakeholders.
  
  

Production Coordination

• Plan and coordinate social-media-focused video shoots, managing schedules, logistics, and on-set organization with videographers, models, and clients.
  
  

Campaign Management

• Oversee campaign planning, timelines, budgets, and proposals — ensuring strategic alignment with campaign goals.
• Drive the execution and ongoing management of influencer and social media campaigns.
  
  

Performance & Reporting

• Continuously monitor campaign KPIs, analyze performance, and develop clear optimization strategies.
• Prepare and present results in an engaging, client-ready format — both internally and externally.
  
  

You

• 2–4 years of relevant experience in project or campaign management, ideally in influencer marketing, social media, or creative agencies.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage complex timelines and multiple stakeholders.
• Excellent communication skills in Italian and English (written and spoken); German is a plus.
• A creative mindset with a passion for social media, trends, and digital storytelling.
• Hands-on, proactive, and detail-oriented with a strong sense of responsibility.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, international environment.
