You will oversee the order process from confirmation through to shipment, ensuring all logistical and administrative steps are handled carefully. Your daily work involves clear communication with customers about order status, precise coordination with our logistics partners, and close collaboration with internal teams like Project Management and Sales. By handling all documentation with care and ensuring accurate data in our ERP system (MS Dynamics AX), you help guarantee that our projects are delivered on schedule and meet our quality standards.
