Your Future Role

In Mannheim, over 950 colleagues from 36 countries work together to develop locomotives, signal, and propulsion technology. Our product line Services offers solutions to maximize asset value, covering the entire lifecycle. Our Digital Services develop and maintain digital solutions for customers and teams.

This role of Cybersecurity Program/Project Manager supports the merging of these domains: ensuring cybersecurity in products, operations, and personnel. You’ll report to the Cyber Security Platform Manager in Digital Services and collaborate with a global team.

We’ll look for you to :

  • Analyze security needs, laws, and regulations; define security objectives and risk strategies.
  • Plan security activities across development and operational cycles, estimate costs and impacts, and identify training needs.
  • Manage cybersecurity deliverables, including risk analysis, architecture, requirements, third-party risks, assurance levels, procedures, and evaluations.
  • Support technical design meetings, obtain agreements on security measures, manage vulnerabilities, and cybersecurity issues.
  • Handle communication, reporting, audits, process development, and training related to cybersecurity.
  • Promote Alstom’s Code of Ethics and uphold high ethical standards.

  • University/Engineer degree (Cybersecurity certifications such as GICSP, CISSP, GSEC, CISM are desirable)
  • Experience with architecture, design, development, and deployment of security technologies.
  • Knowledge of cybersecurity standards (ISO 27001, 62443, NIST, NIS, TS 50701), risk analysis methods, system architecture, and evaluation techniques.
  • Ability to work in a global, multi-site environment, fluent in English, willing to travel occasionally (2-3 times/year).
