Qualifikationen

• Englisch in Wort und Schrift für die Kommunikation im Team erforderlich.
• Erfahrungen im Umgang mit mechanischen/opto-mechanischen Systemen oder manuellem Löten (IPC-610) von Vorteil.

Aufgaben

• Durchführung der Serienproduktion unter Einhaltung technischer und qualitativer Standards.
• Mitarbeit an der Einführung neuer Produkte und Unterstützung bei Wartungsarbeiten.

Please note that this is a fixed-term contract with the possibility to extend or become permanent, and applications must include a valid work visa and immediate availability.

• Execute serial production while ensuring compliance with technical and quality standards.
• Follow instructions from Lead Senior and Shopfloor Manager to maintain an efficient workflow. Support new product introductions and assist with assigned maintenance activities.
• Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a structured work environment using 5S standards.
• Understand and follow work instructions, providing feedback for continuous improvement.
• Identify and report non-conformances (NC) in production processes using MES.
• Use basic office software (Microsoft Office, Excel, Word, Outlook) for documentation, reporting, and communication.

What you bring with you

• English language proficiency (both written and spoken) to communicate effectively within the team.
• Ability to adapt to quick changes and work in a dynamic production environment.
• Strong understanding of safety protocols and manufacturing processes.
• Experience with mechanical/opto-mechanical systems or manual soldering (IPC-610).
• Team-oriented mindset, with a willingness to learn, teach, and support others.
