Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Production Manager to oversee our HPAPI production operations in Frankfurt. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in high-potency manufacturing, strong people management skills, and a proven track record of ensuring compliance with cGMP standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage daily production operations of HPAPI facilities, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency.
• Lead, mentor, and develop production teams, fostering a high-performance culture.
• Ensure compliance with cGMP, SOPs, and regulatory requirements for high-potency APIs.
• Collaborate with QA, QC, Engineering, and Supply Chain teams to optimize production processes.
• Manage production schedules, resources, and budgets effectively.
• Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and reduce risk.
• Drive a strong safety culture in accordance with company and regulatory standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in HPAPI production or a highly regulated pharmaceutical environment.
• Proven people management experience with the ability to lead diverse teams.
• In-depth knowledge of cGMP regulations, safety protocols, and handling of highly potent compounds.
• Strong problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
• Fluency in English; German language
• Bilingual is highly advantageous (French/Dutch/Italian)
• Flexibility to travel between sites
