Overview

Responsibilities

• Responsible for an underwriting IT solution in a globally operating industrial insurance company.
• Manage product development in an agile project context (Scrum, SAFe).
• Develop and communicate the product vision and product roadmap, aligned with corporate strategy.
• Carry out regular feedback cycles with relevant stakeholders to adapt the product strategy and improve user experience.
• Provide domain leadership of an agile Scrum team including budget responsibility.
• Actively contribute in team and program meetings (planning, review, system demo) in a scaled agile environment (SAFe).

Qualifications

• Bachelor''s degree, preferably in economics, business informatics, insurance or a comparable field.
• Experience as a product owner or agile manager.
• Ideally experience in digitalisation of insurance processes, preferably underwriting.
• Strong ownership of product development, realising the product vision and increasing business value for customers.
• Very good analytical skills, holistic mindset, independent and structured working style.
• Excellent communication with strong initiative.
• Very good written and spoken English skills (C1).
