We are looking for a strategic and technically skilled Product Owner to lead the development of our connectivity solutions and over-the-air (OTA) software update capabilities. This role is pivotal in ensuring our connected products deliver seamless, secure and scalable experiences across global markets.

Your tasks

• Define and maintain the product vision and roadmap for connectivity and OTA update features
• Be responsible for a global development team working in DevOps mode
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, sales, security, operations) to gather and prioritize technical and business requirements
• Own and manage the product backlog ensuring alignment with customer needs and company strategy
• Ensure compliance with cybersecurity standards and regulatory requirements for connected devices
• Monitor product performance, gather user feedback and iterate on features to improve user experience and system robustness
• Stay current with industry trends in IoT embedded systems, wireless protocols (e.g. Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 5G) and OTA technologies
• Develop new product concepts and evaluate technical feasibility

Your qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or a related field
• 3 years of experience as a Product Owner in embedded systems, IoT or connectivity
• Strong knowledge of OTA updates, firmware lifecycle and device-cloud communication
• Familiar with network protocols, embedded software and cloud platforms (e.g. AWS)
• Experience in Agile environments (Scrum, SAFe)
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• CSPO or SAFe PO certification is a plus
• Background in automotive, smart home or industrial IoT is an advantage
• Willingness to travel (approx. 2x / month)
• Fluent in English (spoken and written)
