Responsibilities:

• Ownership of a Claims IT solution within a globally operating industrial insurance company.
• Managing product development in an agile environment (Scrum, SAFe).
• Developing and communicating the product vision and roadmap aligned with corporate strategy.
• Gathering feedback from stakeholders to refine the product strategy and enhance user experience.
• Leading an agile Scrum team, including budget responsibilities.
• Participating in team and program meetings such as planning, reviews, and system demos in a scaled agile setting.

• Bachelor's degree in economics, business informatics, insurance, or a related field.
• Experience as a product owner or in agile management.
• Knowledge of digitalization in insurance processes, especially claims.
• Strong ownership skills in product development, with a focus on business value.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills; proactive and independent working style.
• Proficiency in English (C1 level).
