Qualifikationen

What you can expect
  • You will assist in ensuring compliance with legal, tax and financial requirements for the Consorzio, e.g. by revising the articles of association and rules of procedure, preparing and conducting meetings (including board meetings and general meetings) and assisting in the preparation of transfer pricing documentation.
  • You will also be responsible for preparing and conducting internal and external Consorzio audits, including the implementation of measures.
  • You will play an active role in the planning, implementation and follow-up of toll reimbursement applications and assist in the preparation of technical topics in the annual financial statements.
  • You will represent Consorzio DKV in dealings with Italian suppliers and the Ministry of Transport (e.g. contract negotiations, improvement of conditions, technical interfaces).
  • You will assist in the analysis and improvement of Consorzio processes in coordination with internal and external partners and service providers and document these.
  • You will ensure pricing and customer condition models for Consorzio DKV, design and implement internal and external Consorzio communication, and train sales staff on Consorzio products.
  • You will take on workstream management for Consorzio in projects and collaborate on toll projects.
  • You will document requirements in a structured and transparent manner, assist in prioritising product optimisations, and ensure that all stakeholders maintain an overview.
What makes you stand out
  • You have a degree in economics and are interested in working in a technical environment. Ideally, you have 2-3 years of professional experience.
  • You are the right fit for us if you excel in conceptualisation and problem-solving skills and also have technical understanding.
  • You enjoy working across teams in an international and agile environment.
  • Your business fluent written and spoken German is complemented by very good English skills. Additional language skills such as Italian are desirable.
