We are looking for you, located in Bonn, Trier or 100 % remote in Germany as a

PRODUCT MANAGER (m / f / d) PATIENT ADMINISTRATION

Your tasks :

Product management to innovate workflows in the patient administration

Definition and implementation of product roadmap and strategy

Communication with our customers and Dedalus internal stakeholders and other Dedalus PBU’s

Sales & services support

Analysis, prioritization and implementation of market requirements and trends in healthcare

Conception and validation of development requirement in close cooperation with end-users, UX designers and development teams.

PO role in the agile R&D team

Product related documentation (manuals, release notes etc.)

Management of requirements according to process across multiple R&D teams

Drive the continuous evolution of your product along innovation opportunities and market needs.

Actively manage the communication about your product towards customers, services, and management.

Contribute to an inspiring team environment with an open communication culture.

Motivate, guide, and support your peers throughout the organization.

You bring along :

Degree in Business Administration with a focus on Health Management or an equivalent qualification with practical experience in managing patient workflows

2 to 5 years of experience in the software industry in the areas of product management, R&D, service, or customer support

alternatively, 5 to 10 years of professional experience in a hospital environment (clinic, healthcare institution, or medical care centre) with a strong affinity for IT and in-depth knowledge of patient administration

Market knowledge in the hospital healthcare domain, especially in administrative processes

Self-motivated product manager who wants to optimize results for our customers

Very good analytic capabilities to manage conflicting inputs in different agile projects (scrum)

Strong business acumen and a motivated team player

Comprehensive Orbis knowledge is a plus

Excellent communication skills in German and English, French is a plus

Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills in German and English

Strong organizational skills & ability to meet deadlines

Self-management skills and self-starter attitude
