Qualifikationen

  • Abschluss in Betriebswirtschaftslehre oder vergleichbare Qualifikation mit praktischer Erfahrung.
  • 2 bis 5 Jahre Erfahrung in der Softwarebranche im Bereich Produktmanagement oder R&D.
  • Marktkenntnisse im Krankenhausbereich, insbesondere in administrativen Prozessen.

Aufgaben

  • Produktmanagement zur Innovation von Arbeitsabläufen in der Patientenadministration.
  • Definition und Umsetzung der Produktstrategie und -roadmap.
  • Steuerung der Kommunikation über Ihr Produkt mit Kunden und internen Stakeholdern.

We are looking for you, located in Bonn, Trier or 100 % remote in Germany as a

PRODUCT MANAGER (m/f/d) PATIENT ADMINISTRATION

Your tasks:
  • Product management to innovate workflows in the patient administration
  • Definition and implementation of product roadmap and strategy
  • Communication with our customers and Dedalus internal stakeholders and other Dedalus PBU's
  • Sales & services support
  • Analysis, prioritization and implementation of market requirements and trends in healthcare
  • Conception and validation of development requirement in close cooperation with end-users, UX designers and development teams.
  • PO role in the agile R&D team
  • Product related documentation (manuals, release notes etc.)
  • Management of requirements according to process across multiple R&D teams
  • Drive the continuous evolution of your product along innovation opportunities and market needs.
  • Actively manage the communication about your product towards customers, services, and management.
  • Contribute to an inspiring team environment with an open communication culture.
  • Motivate, guide, and support your peers throughout the organization.


You bring along:
  • Degree in Business Administration with a focus on Health Management or an equivalent qualification with practical experience in managing patient workflows
  • 2 to 5 years of experience in the software industry in the areas of product management, R&D, service, or customer support
  • alternatively, 5 to 10 years of professional experience in a hospital environment (clinic, healthcare institution, or medical care centre) with a strong affinity for IT and in-depth knowledge of patient administration
  • Market knowledge in the hospital healthcare domain, especially in administrative processes
  • Self-motivated product manager who wants to optimize results for our customers
  • Very good analytic capabilities to manage conflicting inputs in different agile projects (scrum)
  • Strong business acumen and a motivated team player
  • Comprehensive Orbis knowledge is a plus
  • Excellent communication skills in German and English, French is a plus
  • Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills in German and English
  • Strong organizational skills & ability to meet deadlines
  • Self-management skills and self-starter attitude
