Your mission

As a Product Manager, you will :

• Lead the product management lifecycle for our offer-tool from idea to implementation, combining hardware and software solutions into compelling offers.
• Conduct user research and utilize analytics & experiments to identify opportunities for optimization.
• Improve customer offers & conversion rates, showcasing the advantages of 1K5 and potential savings.
• Optimize sales processes and increase efficiency for our global sales teams.
• Collaborate with engineers & designers in a cross-functional team.
• Define the product roadmap based on data and outcomes, aligning with international stakeholders.
• Foster communication across teams to ensure alignment and progress towards shared goals.
• Engage with C-Level stakeholders in Marketing and Sales.
• Manage stakeholder expectations, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality projects.

Your profile

What we are looking for :

• Several years of experience in product management, ideally in renewable energies or related industries.
• Experience in Marketing, Sales, or Growth fields is a plus.
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments and motivate teams.
• Hands-on experience with A/B testing and experimentation.
• Proficiency with digital project management tools (Jira, Figma, Miro, Notion, BI & Analytics tools like Looker).
• Strong understanding of methodologies like Scrum, Kanban, or Shape-up.
• A customer-first mindset and a data-driven, outcome-focused approach.
• Passion for sustainability and driving the energy transition.
• Proven ability to manage timelines, address bottlenecks, and foster collaboration.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with proficiency in English & German.
