Your tasks

• Take full ownership of our central customer platform
• Define the product vision and strategic purpose ("the why" behind the product)
• Translate strategy into a scalable roadmap for the portal and its digital services
• Further develop the governance structure and shared product vision
• Collaborate closely with business units and integrate their requirements
• Ensure a consistent customer experience across all digital touchpoints
• Set KPIs to measure success and manage regular releases
• Coordinate interdisciplinary internal teams and external partners
• Work alongside the Technical Service Owner to optimize product performance
• Plan and oversee the product budget
• Analyze market trends and competitors for continuous improvement
• Serve as the main point of contact for all matters related to the customer platform

Your profile

• A degree in business administration, computer science, engineering, or a comparable qualification
• Several years of experience in digital product management - ideally with a focus on portals, platforms, or SaaS solutions
• Strong technical expertise and proven UX competence
• Mastery of stakeholder management in complex organizational environments
• Proficient use of UX research methods to make customer-centric decisions
• Analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven choices
• Deep knowledge of business development and product marketing
• Confident command of agile methods and frameworks
• Clear communicator with excellent facilitation skills and a diplomatic approach
• Fluent in German and English at a professional negotiation level
