Core Product Management Foundation (Essential)

  • Proven experience in a Product Manager role with a clear track record of launching and managing successful products.
  • Demonstrated experience creating, managing, and communicating product roadmaps.
  • Strong understanding of the full product lifecycle, from discovery and validation to launch and iteration.
  • Experience with market research, competitive analysis, and using data to make informed decisions.
  • Proven ability to define and track business and product KPIs.

Technical & Analytical Skills (Additionally Required)

  • The ability to understand technical concepts, including APIs, system architecture, and integrations, to effectively engage with engineering teams.
  • Experience in the FinTech, payments, or crypto domain is a major advantage.
  • Proficiency in defining clear requirements, epics, and user stories.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools like Jira and Confluence.

Responsibilities

Core Responsibilities: Product Vision & Strategy

  • Product Vision & Roadmap: Define and champion the product vision, strategy, and long‑term roadmap, ensuring alignment with company goals and informed by market trends, competitive analysis, and customer feedback.
  • Feature Definition & Prioritization: Own, manage, and prioritize the product backlog based on business value, user impact, and strategic importance; make data‑driven trade‑off decisions.
  • Business Case & KPI Ownership: Develop business cases for new features and initiatives; define and analyze KPIs and success metrics to measure product performance and validate intended value.
  • Stakeholder Alignment & Communication: Act as the primary voice of the customer and the business; align senior leadership, marketing, sales, finance, and legal stakeholders around the product strategy and roadmap.
  • Full Lifecycle Management: Own features end‑to‑end, from initial conception and discovery through launch, post‑launch analysis, iteration, and eventual end‑of‑life.

Expanded Responsibilities: Collaboration with Delivery & Analysis

  • Collaboration with Business Analysis: Partner closely with Business Analysts (Delivery Managers) to translate high‑level strategic needs into detailed user stories, process flows, and clear specifications.
  • Go‑to‑Market Strategy: Collaborate with marketing, sales, and support teams to plan and execute successful product launches, ensuring the entire organization is ready to bring the product to market.
