The Role

We’re hiring a product leader to define and implement AI-driven solutions that transform public sector operations. This role is a good fit for a senior product manager who wants to expand their responsibility to managing a P&L, not just engagement metrics.

Internally, everyone on our team uses Claude Code every day - even if you aren't an engineer by training, you should be comfortable building software at some level of abstraction.

We are looking for someone who "feels the AGI" -- who has begun to understand how powerful AI has become, and who extrapolates forward to see how insane the next few years are going to be.

We're starting to learn how AI can transform the entire process of building a company. Instead of scaling teams with people, we scale with AI agents—making software development faster and cheaper. There are hundreds of new AI tools released every week (see, e.g., the entirety of the YC class). The foundational models get 10x cheaper every year and are now powerful enough to do human-level tasks. We're looking for someone who is eager to create an AI-native company that’s lean, fast, and infinitely scalable, all in the service of making government more effective.
