What are your main tasks?

• You will be responsible for designing, developing and supporting the implementation of roles and authorizations in the eFile and other IT processes in the Organization and HR division.
• You will design and implement the interfaces between the eFile and other systems of the Federal Agency.
• Thanks to you, the needs of the various specialist divisions are analyzed and product concepts are developed.
• With your expertise, you support the product owners in the strategic and operational implementation of products.
• In addition, you will support the design of product features, user stories and UI / UX as well as the implementation of concepts together with the IT division and the development team in line with the product owners in a scrum setup.
• You manage the internal and external stakeholders involved in product development and thus ensure that the product / project goal is achieved (including risk management).
• You will also be responsible for the creation, management and quality assurance of project plans and documentation.
• You will be responsible for the preparation and follow-up of workshops and meetings and follow up on the completion of defined tasks.
• Last but not least, you will be responsible for developing and implementing communication plans / change management concepts.

We work mobile and flexible. Nevertheless, business trips of more than 20 days per year, including throughout Germany, are required at the post / workplace. These business trips are always planned well in advance to ensure a good work-life balance.

What do we expect?

Qualification :

• You have a relevant university degree (Diplom FH / Bachelor), e.g. in the fields of computer science, business informatics, industrial engineering or equivalent specialist knowledge and experience acquired in another way.

Professional competencies :

• You have in-depth knowledge of business process management and process modeling.
• You also have sound knowledge of project management and previous project experience.
• Your knowledge in the field of organizational and personnel management is good.
• You also have in-depth knowledge of the business processes of personnel and organizational management.
• You have in-depth knowledge and experience of the components of the eFile system and SAP Solution Manager.
• You also have very good knowledge of standard IT applications (MS Office) and project management software (JIRA, MS Project).
