We are seeking a highly experienced Supply Chain Management professional with a deep background in designing and implementing Multi-Echelon Inventory Optimization (MEIO) and planning solutions. In this role, you will leverage your expertise with AI-supported software solutions — such as SAP, Kinaxis, Blue Yonder, or other modern MEIO platforms — to drive the evolution of supply chain processes and IT architecture within a global business transformation program. Your experience in FMCG or Pharma industries will be invaluable in shaping the future of our supply chain operations.
Collaborate with Supply Chain Management Line Function for the design and implementation of (multi-echelon / multi-stage) inventory optimization strategies across the global supply chain.
Develop advanced planning solutions that balance service levels with cost efficiency.
Integrate AI-supported software solutions to enhance inventory planning, forecasting, and decision-making.
Support the deployment and integration of state-of-the-art MEIO solutions.
Collaborate with Line Function and IT and cross-functional teams to ensure seamless implementation and integration with existing systems.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize system performance and supply chain outcomes.
Define and establish processes and IT architecture for the future state, aligning with the business transformation objectives.
Collaborate with global teams to standardize processes and ensure consistent application across regions.
Provide subject matter expertise in developing scalable and agile solutions.
Work as part of a global team to drive supply chain innovation and transformation initiatives.
Provide guidance and support to regional teams, ensuring alignment with global best practices.
Engage with key stakeholders to communicate progress, insights, and strategic recommendations.
Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of (multi-echelon) inventory optimization strategies.
Define comprehensive reports and dashboards for senior management, highlighting performance trends and improvement areas.
Implement data-driven insights to inform decision-making and refine planning processes.
University degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
Extensive experience in supply chain management with a focus on multi-echelon inventory optimization and planning solutions.
Proven track record in deploying AI-supported software solutions such as SAP, Kinaxis, Blue Yonder, or other modern MEIO platforms.
Demonstrated success in similar roles within FMCG or Pharma industries.
Experience in working on global business transformation projects with cross-functional teams.
In-depth knowledge of multi-echelon inventory optimization principles, demand forecasting, and supply planning.
Familiarity with advanced analytics, AI technologies, and software integration within supply chain systems.
Strong understanding of IT architecture and process standardization in a complex, global environment.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in business fluent English, capable of articulating complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
Strong collaboration skills to work effectively with global teams and various business functions.
