A leading company in the automotive sector is seeking a Technical Lead for industrialization projects. This role involves managing the development of concepts, improving production processes, and providing global support across production sites. Candidates should have a technical degree and significant experience in the automotive industry, along with proficiency in German and English.

Technical lead of industrialization projects (development of concepts and preparation of specifications, planning, implementation, coordination of suppliers, and risk management).
Develop and improve processes and machines for series production based on defined process standards.
Research latest technologies and realize implementation; run innovation projects.
Define and further develop process and technology standards based on lessons learned (in collaboration with production, development, and quality) and convert them into standards.
Provide global support to Process Engineering at other ASL production sites by industrializing development projects and commissioning new production equipment.
Follow Six Sigma strategy for process optimization and scrap reduction.
Conduct training within global Process Engineering to secure know-how transfer.
Support and lead process FMEAs.
Assist with all necessary documentation to fulfill the APQP process.
Completed technical degree, e.g., in automotive, mechanical, mechatronics engineering, or vehicle technology engineering.
Several years of experience in quality, production, project management, or similar roles in the automotive industry.
Six Sigma Green or Black Belt training, technical studies, VDA 6.3/6.5 training, or equivalent knowledge.
Proficiency in German and English; additional languages such as Spanish, Polish, or Chinese are appreciated.
Skills in MS Office and CAD.
