We are looking for a Principal Product Manager to join our growing product team. This is a senior individual contributor role for someone who is passionate about solving complex problems, shaping product strategy, and driving major initiatives that have company-wide impact. As a Principal Product Manager, you will work across teams and functions to ensure our products deliver meaningful value to customers and align with our long-term vision.
What you’ll be doing
Develop and drive the strategy for critical product areas with high business impact and complexity.
Identify and solve complex customer and business problems through innovative solutions.
Own end-to-end product lifecycle on a new AI based product from discovery and definition, through launch, evolution and end of life .
Partner with cross-functional teams (Engineering, Design, Marketing, Sales, Customer Success) to deliver high-quality, scalable products.
Influence at all levels, working closely with senior leadership to align roadmaps with company goals.
Role model for, mentor and guide other product managers, contributing to the growth of our product management culture.
Leverage data, user research, and market insights to make informed, forward-thinking decisions.
What you need to be successful
8+ years of experience in product management, in SaaS or technology companies, with experience in B2B product creation and delivery.
Proven track record of successfully leading complex product initiatives that drive significant customer and business outcomes.
A strong commercial mind set; the ability to define vision and strategy, with a data-informed and customer-centric mindset that delivers product roadmaps that enable meeting or exceeding revenue targets, while also managing the level of investment needed to generate profit
Excellent communication and influencing skills, able to work effectively across all levels and disciplines.
Deep experience with modern product discovery, delivery, and iteration practices.
Comfort operating with autonomy, taking ownership of large problem spaces and ensuring that all key aspects are covered.
Experience mentoring and coaching other PMs (without direct people management responsibilities).
