As a PR Manager at Campus Founders, you will be jointly responsible for building sustainable relationships with media representatives in relevant publications as well as with other key multipliers, with the goal of increasing the visibility of the Campus Founders brand, our topics, and our personalities.

Your fields of action in a glance:

• Develop and implement a comprehensive PR and communications strategy that supports our mission and goals.
• Plan and execute a compelling content and editorial strategy across all relevant channels.
• Research and create engaging written content focused on brand storytelling and campaign messaging.
• Build and nurture strong relationships with journalists, media outlets, and key influencers—particularly in the fields of business, tech, and startups.
• Prepare and manage press events, media briefings, and interviews.
• Lead PR projects and manage collaboration with external PR agencies.
• Support our team with the development of keynote presentations, pitch decks, and public speeches.
• Contribute to marketing campaigns by creating audience-specific messaging and proofread content to ensure brand consistency and tone of voice.

You’re a good fit for us if you bring the following:

• You have successfully completed your studies, ideally in a relevant field such as communications, journalism/PR, or marketing.
• You have at least two years of hands-on experience in public relations or corporate communications, ideally within the innovation, tech, or startup ecosystem. Alternatively, you have gained comparable experience as a journalist covering these fields.
• You bring with you an established network within the startup and business media landscape.
• You possess deep industry knowledge of the startup scene in Germany, across Europe, and internationally.
• You are fluent in both German and English, with native-level proficiency in speaking and writing.
• Your exceptional writing skills, both editorial and commercial round out your profile.
