The Department of Electrochemical Systems is looking for a PhD Student (f/m/d) for fuel cell electrode test. The recruitment is subject to project approval.

Your tasks
  • Carrying out experiments on fuel cell performance test
  • Characterization of electrode activity by electrochemical measurements
  • Test the permeability of membrane electrode assembly for fuel cell
Your profile
  • Completed university studies (Master/Diploma) in the field of Mechanical Engineering, Process Engineering, Chemistry, Physics or related field
  • Very good knowledge of electrochemistry and experience withfuel cell test
  • Ability to cooperate across disciplines in an international environment
  • Independent, structured and target oriented way of working
  • Software skills in Python and Matlab
  • Very good English skills and basic German skills
