taxmaro is a modern HR and payroll platform that automates HR and payroll processes for companies and accounting firms. Our software digitalizes time tracking absence management expense reporting document management and payroll preparation fully integrated with DATEV and other systems.

As we continue to grow rapidly we are looking for a data-driven marketing professional who will take our digital growth strategy to the next level.

Aufgaben
  • Plan, execute and optimize performance marketing campaigns across channels (Google Ads, LinkedIn, Meta etc.)
  • Develop and manage cross-channel paid and organic strategies to increase lead generation and brand awareness
  • Monitor, analyze and report on performance KPIs (CPC, CTR, CPL, CAC, ROAS) with a focus on continuous growth and optimization
  • Build and optimize landing pages, funnels and automation workflows (HubSpot, Webflow etc.)
  • Conduct A/B testing, conversion optimization and keyword research in collaboration with content and product teams
  • Manage marketing budgets forecasting and reporting directly to the management team
  • Collaborate closely with external partners, agencies and internal stakeholders
Qualifikation
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business Communications or a related field
  • 3 years of experience in performance marketing ideally in a B2B SaaS or HR‑Tech environment
  • Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager and analytics tools (GA4, Ahrefs, SEMrush etc.)
  • Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills with hands‑on experience managing data‑driven growth campaigns
  • Experience with marketing automation tools (preferably HubSpot) and CRM workflows
  • Excellent English communication skills (German is a plus)
  • A proactive mindset, strong ownership and a passion for measurable results
Nice to have
  • Experience with Webflow or WordPress
  • Basic knowledge of HTML, JavaScript or tag management
  • Experience with partner or referral marketing campaigns
