We’re looking for a Performance Marketing Manager who lives and breathes data and performance. You bridge the gap between brands and digital channels, creating campaigns that don’t just run, but perform.
- Campaign setups on a variety of platforms, building tracking links for web and app campaigns, good knowledge of demand‑side platforms, affiliate marketing, A/B testing, familiarity with mobile measurement partners are your world and you skillfully use these tools to successfully guide campaigns from start to finish
- You independently create, test and execute campaigns from creative conception to tracking. Your goal: clear results and measurable success for every action.
- Analysis and reporting are the key to your success with data‑driven insights and professional presentations you give our team the decisive advantage
- You have performance and budget firmly under control and you monitor every campaign, continuously optimize, and identify opportunities for greater efficiency and growth
- Whether it's deep links, fallbacks, redirects, pixel implementations, API integrations or tracking web campaigns: you know what matters and keep everything on the path to success.

- At least 3 years of professional experience in performance marketing.
- Experience with campaign management and optimizations, advanced reporting, creating charts and other data visualizations, presentations, paid media across various channels, programmatic media buying, affiliate marketing is essential
- Social media marketing, Google Ads, Digital out of Home and Connected TV experience, basic programming skills are a plus
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in marketing, business administration or a related field
- Fluent in spoken and written English, good German skills
- Driven. Data‑minded. Team‑spirited. You combine a positive attitude with a get‑it‑done mindset and love seeing your results in the numbers
