Your mission
We are looking for you as a Performance Marketing Manager (m/f/d) - Focus on MQL Generation at our Munich headquarters in a hybrid working model. You will plan, implement, and optimize initiatives that sustainably fill our sales pipeline in the SME and LE segments - in close collaboration with Sales, Account-Based Marketing, and Growth Marketing.
- Expertise & Innovation:
You will plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel campaigns (email, social media, events, website), manage our paid ads (Google Ads, LinkedIn), and work closely with ABM on audience-targeted campaign content. In this role, you will coordinate external partners, ensure an efficient and impactful use of budget, and take responsibility for the operational campaign setup, including the relevant tools.
- Decision-Making & Accountability:
In close exchange with the Team Lead LE Sales, VP SME Sales, Strategic Client Marketing, Sales & Marketing Growth, and other stakeholders, you will develop solid decision-making foundations and implement them consistently to achieve our demand generation goals.
- Customer Orientation:
You understand the needs of our target audiences and optimize our demand generation engines to efficiently acquire qualified MQLs across all relevant touchpoints.
- Excellence & Efficiency:
You contribute to the implementation of efficient processes, drive sustainable structures, and ensure operational excellence in campaign management.
- Analytical & Critical Thinking:
You track KPIs (CPL, CAC, CTR), analyze the performance of your campaigns, derive data-driven optimizations, identify growth opportunities, and report regularly to leadership and cross-functional teams.
- Adaptability & Flexibility:
Even in dynamic situations, you maintain an overview, recognize opportunities early, and proactively contribute ideas.
- Tools & Systems:
You use HubSpot for marketing automation (lead nurturing, drip campaigns) and LinkedIn Sales Navigator for targeted lead identification.
Your skillset
- Academic Background:
You hold a degree in Marketing, Communication Studies, Media Management, or a comparable qualification
- Relevant Professional Experience:
At least 5 years of B2B marketing experience, ideally in the (SaaS) software sector with a focus on SME and LE segments – with a proven track record.
- Performance Marketing:
Extensive experience in performance marketing, multi-channel campaigns, and paid advertising.
- SEO & GEO:
Experience in SEO and ideally in Generative Engine Optimization (GEO).
- Analytical Mindset:
You possess strong analytical skills, thrive on KPI-based reporting, and bring hands-on optimization experience.
- Language Skills:
You communicate confidently and effectively in both German and English (written and spoken, C-level proficiency) and have a healthy sense of humor.
