ABOUT THE TEAM

The Germany marketing team sits within the Member Accession Marketing team and is responsible for increasing our awareness and bringing new customers to Tide in Germany. We have large growth plans and need someone to be at the forefront of realising them.

ABOUT THE ROLE

As Germany Performance Marketing lead you will be responsible for :

  • Own Marketing Strategy: develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy for ongoing market expansion with the primary KPIs around attracting business bank account customers to Tide.
  • Lead and mentor a fantastic team of marketing managers fostering a culture of performance, collaboration and accountability.
  • Be responsible for marketing’s key performance indicators (KPIs) and regularly analyse marketing performance data to make data‑driven decisions about the strategic approach of the German marketing strategy.
  • Give strong performance‑based commentary against the German marketing strategy.
  • React well to adversity and proactively turn around performance dips before they negatively impact targets.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

Tide is seeking a stand‑out performance marketing lead and an excellent all‑rounder. The ideal candidate will have :

  • A proven track record of at least 8 years in performance marketing.
  • Experience managing and leading cross‑functional marketing teams across multiple locations, countries and products.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
  • A deep understanding of marketing data and what truly drives meaningful and measurable performance.
  • A strong commercial mindset able to see the big picture and optimise the overall channel mix to bring commercial gains for Tide.
  • A history of managing multi‑million Euro budgets and driving performance across a range of marketing channels.
  • Experience in financial services, preferably in technology‑driven & scale‑up environments.
