We are currently looking fo aPayroll Manager (m/f/d).
- Payroll.You know how German payroll accounting works and feel comfortable processing the monthly salaries of clients assigned to you. You handle all tasks in this area, from the recording of entries and exits including the master data maintenance, the planning, preparation and control of the settlements to the implementation of the reporting and certification system.
- Relationship Management.In addition to ensuring accurate and punctual salaries, you will help build strong client relationships and be a point of contact for additional salary-related issues such as coordination with employees, authorities and social insurance carriers. To ensure that our clients always have a contact person, you will regularly coordinate with the team so they can act as your substitutes, especially when you are on well-deserved vacation and to ensure four-eye checks.
- Process optimization.Proactive participation in the further optimization of our processes or as support in projects is a joint effort of all team members at KUNO.
Skills you bring with you
- Experience.With at least 2-3 years of relevant work experience, you can back up your knowledge with a business degree or completed vocational training. Ideally, you have managed payroll for multiple companies simultaneously in your recent or past roles and appreciate an agile and proactive way of working.
- Know-how.DATEV (Lodas and/or Lohn&Gehalt) doesn‘t scare you and perhaps you have already familiarized yourself with other payroll solutions like Agenda. In addition, you have an affinity for technology in order to obtain all relevant salary data from the HR systems of our clients if needed.
- Communication.You can explain payroll accounting in German (min. C1) and in English, are happy to lend a hand with an open communication and, above all, have a positive attitude and enjoy providing our clients with honest, respectful and trusting service at all times.
- Initiative. "We\'ve always done it this way" drives us crazy, and everyone in our teams ensures with pragmatism, personal responsibility and reliable solutions to complete all activities on time and in high quality to move the team forward steadily.

- Teamwork, reliable handovers & coverage:Even though you will manage dedicated clients within our Payroll team of currently 8 colleagues and work closely with our HR team, you will never work alone at KUNO.
