Are you eager to accelerate STADA's pipeline through your patent activities within a globally operating Intellectual Property team and contribute to our growth? We are seeking a Patent Manager (m/f/d) to strengthen our IP team.

What you can expect

• Providing comprehensive global patent law support for projects from inception to product launch.
• Identifying patent landscapes and expiration dates of relevant patents.
• Conducting patent-related freedom-to-operate analyses.
• Developing solutions and strategies to avoid patent infringement while minimizing risks.
• Analyzing scopes of protection, granting probabilities, enforceability, and validity of third-party patents and applications to identify patent-related risks and opportunities.
• Collaborating with external patent attorneys to challenge third-party patents.
• Reviewing contracts from a patent law perspective.
• Managing monitored patent applications.
• Advising departments on patent issues related to projects.

Who we are looking for

• A degree in Chemistry or Pharmacy.
• Excellent knowledge and substantial experience in European and German patent law.
• Solid experience in freedom-to-operate analyses.
• Professional experience from the patent department of an industrial company is a plus.
• Diligent, reliable, and independent work ethic with a commitment to excellence.
• A strong sense of responsibility and team-oriented mindset.
• Excellent written and spoken English skills.
