About the Role

As a Partnership Manager you will play a key role in driving business growth supporting client success and expanding our presence in the digital finance space. Working closely with senior leadership you will assist in onboarding institutional clients nurturing long-term relationships and ensuring a seamless and satisfying customer experience. You’ll act as a first point of contact for client inquiries helping to resolve issues promptly and professionally while gathering feedback to inform product and service improvements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own and support the onboarding process for institutional and corporate clients ensuring a smooth and well-coordinated experience.
  • Manage day-to-day communication with assigned partners and clients acting as a first point of contact.
  • Collaborate with senior sales, marketing, product and legal teams to align on growth initiatives.
  • Coordinate and handle administrative tasks related to partnerships including documentation, CRM updates, contract tracking and internal follow-ups.
  • Support the preparation of client materials, presentations, reports and internal updates.
  • Monitor market trends and collect competitive insights to support opportunity identification.
  • Support and occasionally represent the company in client meetings, events and industry conferences.
  • Ensure accurate record-keeping, timelines and follow-ups across all partnership activities.
Key Requirements
  • Experience: 13 years in business development, sales, customer success, investment banking or a similar client-facing role.
  • Knowledge: Understanding of Web3, investment banking and fintech is a strong advantage. A genuine interest in digital finance is a must.
  • Skills:
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
    • Understanding of financial modeling and crypto trading.
    • A proactive and organized approach to work.
    • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
  • Languages: Fluent in English and German.
  • Travel: Willingness to travel.
