We are seeking a diplomatic, culturally attuned, and mission-focused Partner Outreach Specialist to serve as the primary liaison between our intelligence production team and regional military and intelligence counterparts. In this role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining trusted relationships with international partners, sharing analytic products, and soliciting feedback and requirements that inform future production priorities. As part of a multidisciplinary team of analysts, data specialists, and editors, you will help ensure that intelligence outputs are relevant, responsive, and aligned with the operational needs of global partners.

This position demands strong interpersonal skills, cross-cultural fluency, and the ability to communicate complex information effectively and respectfully. You will represent the team in bilateral and multilateral engagement settings , both virtually and in person , and will help develop sustainable outreach strategies that support broader mission objectives in support of U.S. national security interests.

You Have:

2+ years of experience in DoD partner engagement, liaison work, or international relations

Experience working with the IC and the DoD Joint structure

Experience gathering and communicating partner requirements to support future production or capability development

Experience coordinating or supporting multinational forums, training events, or interagency engagements

Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines and collaborate to achieve shared objectives

Ability to conduct research in digital environments, specifically with Defense Intelligence Enterprise tools and emerging technologies

TS/SCI clearance

Intelligence Fundamentals Professional Certification (IFPC)

Nice If You Have:

1+ years of experience as a certified Foreign Area Officer (FAO)

Experience with analytic production cycles, dissemination processes, and stakeholder analysis

Experience briefing foreign senior officials or coordinating international outreach on behalf of U.S. entities

Experience tracking partner engagement metrics and drafting reports for internal stakeholders

Knowledge of International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and related reporting requirements

Ability to understand, communicate, and align partner needs with data-driven analysis

Possession of excellent verbal, written, and cross-cultural communication skills, including public speaking

Advanced Security Cooperation Planning, Oversight, and Execution Management Certification

The projected compensation range for this position is $86,800.00 to $198,000.00 (annualized USD).
