• Strategic decision‑making: Develop and implement strategic plans to address logistical challenges and enhance overall performance.
• Cross‑department collaboration: Act as a central link between management, fleet, dispatch, and departments such as sales and finance.
• Effective communication: Foster open and transparent communication across teams, clients, and business partners.
• Team leadership and development: Coach, mentor, and empower team members to achieve professional growth and deliver high performance.
• Process improvement and digitalization: Initiate and lead projects focused on simplifying and digitalizing workflows to improve operational efficiency.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of operational or sales experience in the transportation sector or experience in a similar managerial position within a logistics or transport company.
