Jung von Matt HAMBURG is looking for an Office Manager / a Team Assistant (d/f/m) in full- or part-time (min. 30h/week).

As an Office Manager / a Team Assistant you are responsible for the entire office organization. You support the teams and our management by handling classic assistance tasks.

Your tasks:

• General administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings or calls, document management and data maintenance
• You support with internal and external communication e.g. with agency matters and travel management
• You can actively participate in projects and initiatives to continuously improve our agency life
• You take care of our offices and help to keep it tidy and structured at all times
• You act as an interface between the People & Culture team and the employees. Together you take care of the employees\' concerns.

About You:

• One year of experience in office organization or handling front desk tasks
• You can communicate fluently in German (level C2) and English (level B2) both written and spoken
• Strong coordination and communication skills
• You are able to work independently in a structured manner
• Skilled in the usual MS Office programs and can quickly familiarize yourself with new digital tools
• You are organized, flexible, open-minded, self-reliant and a strong communicator
• You have a high degree of responsibility, service orientation, professionalism and team player mentality
• You are able to work on site in the office
