ABOUT THE POSITION
In this role, you’ll take care of essential office tasks and provide practical support to the sales team, helping ensure that daily operations and seasonal preparations run efficiently.
You will handle a combination of recurring activities (office coordination, administration, supplier management) and more dynamic ones (sample organization, showroom support, seasonal sales preparation). The variety of topics means no week looks exactly the same.
You’ll work closely with teams in Munich and Germany, Geneva (EMEA HQ), and Strasbourg (Customer Service), becoming a reliable point of contact for organizational and administrative matters. Hybrid work is possible, with a presence of at least 3 days / week in the office — especially helpful for onboarding and during busier seasons.
HOW YOU’LL MAKE THE DIFFERENCE
1. Office Management & Administration
- Handle daily office operations, including post distribution and coordination with suppliers
- Support the transition from paper-based to digital invoicing through a dedicated Germany mailbox
- Manage office supplies, equipment, drinks / snacks orders and relationships with external vendors
- Maintain accurate records (keys, access, contracts, contacts)
- Oversee company car fleet coordination (contract dates, car returns, communication with the team)
- Manage mobile phones, including those used by outlet stores
- Organize small internal meetings and assist with onboarding practicalities when new colleagues join
2. Showroom & Sample Management
- Coordinate sample handling (receipt, storage, rotation, preparation for appointments)
- Help prepare showrooms for sell-in appointments and seasonal meetings
- Support national sales meetings and basic Go-To-Market preparations
- Collaborate with Strasbourg teams for sample and delivery processes
3. Sales Support & Team Coordination
- Assist the sales team with administrative tasks that help them prepare for customer cycles
- Support seasonal activities linked to sell-in / sell-outPlace seeding orders (athletes, events, PR) when relevant
- Order materials for multiple showrooms (Munich, Meinhausen, Heilbronn, Salzburg)
- Ensure smooth information flow between Munich, Geneva, and Strasbourg
- Prioritize requests from different stakeholders with a practical and solution-oriented mindset
YOU ARE

- A clear and confident communicator who builds positive relationships with colleagues

- A team player who collaborates easily but also works independently when needed
- Reliable and discreet when handling sensitive or confidential documents
YOU HAVE
- Previous experience in office management, administration, or coordination roles
- Strong Excel skills and good general IT savviness
- Experience with logistics, sample handling, sales support or showroom environments is a plus
- Solid organizational skills and the ability to prioritise effectively
- Fluency in German and English to communicate with international teams
- A customer‑service mindset and a hands‑on way of working
