Job Description

Office Manager (m / f / d)

As an Office Manager (m / f / d) at Fugro you play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of daily operations. You are the organizational backbone of our Bremen office and contribute to a well-structured and efficient workplace.

Your Profile :
  • Completed vocational training in office communication office management or a comparable qualification
  • Professional experience in office / facility management or the hospitality industry
  • Excellent German and English skills both written and spoken
  • Strong organizational skills quick comprehension and a hands-on mentality
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • High service orientation friendliness and team spirit
  • Enjoy working in an environment that involves regular movement within the building
Your Responsibilities :
  • Managing office operations including reception mail handling switchboard and general office organization
  • Supporting facility management including coordination of external service providers (e.g. craftsmen cleaning recycling suppliers)
  • Managing office supplies equipment and access control systems
  • Organizing meetings and company events
  • Supporting procurement and accounting (purchasing and invoice processing)
  • Organizing and managing guest apartments
  • Ensuring the proper condition of office spaces (regular floor walks)
