Overview

Mechanical Supervisor - Germany, Frankfurt - 6 Months Initial Contract

We are recruiting on behalf of a leading global pharmaceutical client based in the surroundings of Frankfurt. Due to a large capital investment and multiple projects on site, the client is looking for a Mechanical Supervisor to join their team.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the installation, testing, and commissioning of mechanical systems (e.g., HVAC, piping, pumps, valves).
• Ensure all mechanical works comply with project specifications, drawings, and safety regulations.
• Coordinate with other discipline supervisors, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure smooth workflow.
• Monitor daily progress and maintain accurate site records and reports.
• Conduct inspections and quality checks on mechanical installations.
• Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical issues during construction.
• Ensure proper documentation of red-line drawings and assist in the preparation of as-built drawings.
• Enforce site safety protocols and lead toolbox talks and safety briefings.
• Work towards specific work plans, leading a team to deliver in the required timelines and act as a capable communicator to the key project management.
