At revel8, we redefine cybersecurity training with hyper-realistic simulations that reflect today’s evolving attack landscape. Our innovative platform combines AI-driven multi-channel attacks with gamified, real-time learning to build resilience where it matters most: the people.

We’re on a mission to create 10 million human firewalls. As our first full-time Marketing Manager, you’ll build our marketing engine from the ground up, owning all inbound channels and positioning revel8 as the go-to brand for B2B cybersecurity awareness.

Your role
  • Inbound Lead Generation: Build scalable inbound marketing workflows using SEO, content, automation, email marketing, and social media to generate high-quality leads for our sales team.

  • Brand & Content Strategy: Define revel8’s tone, messaging, and content across LinkedIn, newsletters, website, podcasts, webinars, and thought leadership articles.

  • Campaign Execution & Optimization: Plan, run, and continuously improve campaigns that drive awareness, engagement, and inbound leads.

  • Event & Field Marketing: Support research and execution for webinars, CISO roundtables, and key DACH cybersecurity events.

  • Partnerships: Build and maintain relationships with thought leaders in cybersecurity and renowned research institutes to amplify brand credibility and generate collaborative opportunities.

  • Analytics & Data-Driven Decisions: Track, analyze, and report on campaign and channel performance, optimizing ROI and scaling what works.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product, sales, and leadership teams to ensure marketing aligns with company goals and product launches.

Your profile
  • Proven marketing experience in SaaS or B2B tech companies, ideally having built or scaled a marketing function from scratch.

  • Hands-on expertise in inbound marketing, including SEO, content marketing, email workflows, social media, marketing automation, GEO, etc.

  • Creative, data-driven, and results-oriented: you love testing bold ideas and iterating quickly.

  • Self-starter mindset with excellent organizational and project management skills.

  • Comfortable owning a full marketing function in a fast-paced, early-stage startup.

  • Excellent communication skills in English and German (at least B2), both written and spoken.
