Your responsibilities
- Overall responsibility for establishing and expanding the Indian subsidiary.
- Developing and implementing a market-specific sales strategy to achieve ambitious growth goals.
- Acquiring new customers and managing client relationships.
- Recruiting, leading, and developing a local team (sales, marketing, customer success).
- Organizing and representing the company at trade fairs, universities, and industry events.
- Building and maintaining relationships with authorities, industry associations, and educational institutions.
- Responsibility for budget, controlling, and legal compliance in India.
- Regular reporting to the headquarters’ management on sales KPIs, pipeline, and market feedback.

Your profile
- Completed studies in civil engineering.
- At least seven years of relevant professional experience in structural analysis/design or in sales/support of CAD/FEM software.
- Excellent knowledge of the Indian construction software market, ideally in CAD, FEM, or BIM.
- Very good English skills; knowledge of Hindi or regional languages is an advantage.
- Entrepreneurial thinking, initiative, and a hands-on mentality.
- Willingness to travel regularly within India and occasionally to Germany.
