Join Merck Group and work as an internal consultant in our Life Science sector. You will lead strategic projects across Healthcare, Life Science, Electronics, and Enabling Functions, collaborating directly with senior management to drive organizational success.

**Your Role**
As part of project teams, you will provide business consulting primarily for the Life Science sector. After 2‑4 years you may transition to an exciting next step within the company. Typical projects include strategy development, commercial excellence, and operations. You own projects end‑to‑end, guiding teams and applying Data & AI opportunities.

Who You Are

• Master’s degree in natural sciences, engineering, pharmaceutical science, medicine or business. PhD or MBA is a plus.
• 2‑5 years in management consulting with deep industry experience in biotech, diagnostics, or similar.
• Functional expertise in data & digital, strategic marketing, supply chain, R&D innovation, or transformation.
• Strong track record of leading multi‑functional projects; more leadership experience is a plus.
• Practical experience in Data & AI and passion for further development.
• Excellent communication, presentation, creativity, analytical skill, and strategic thinking.
• Proactive, self‑motivated, team‑player.
• Proficiency in English; German preferred.
• Willingness to relocate to Rhine‑Main area for regular office presence.
