Your mission & challenges

The visibility and positioning of our CEO is a crucial success factor for the international perception of NEURA Robotics. As founder and face of the company, he shapes the public discourse on the future of cognitive robotics – whether on social media platforms, in interviews, at conferences, or on major stages worldwide. To further enhance this impact, we are strengthening our Marketing & Communications department and are looking for a strong communicator who, with strategic insight, creativity, and organizational talent, will take responsibility for and professionally manage PR and CEO communications.

• You plan, design, and coordinate the CEO's public appearances, interviews, and events – from preparation to follow-up.
• You manage the publication of content together with the content team and ensure timing and quality are on point.
• You support the CEO in managing his social media channels and develop concepts and content for a strong, consistent positioning.
• You act as the central contact for external service providers handling PR tasks.
• You are also responsible for internal communication to employees and ensure proper timing and alignment with external communication measures.
• You maintain a PR communication plan and ensure the smooth execution of all activities.
• You analyze performance, prepare regular reports, and derive recommendations for action.
• You support the CEO in strategic projects with a focus on communication and actively contribute your own ideas.

What we can look forward to

• You have several years of experience in communications or PR – ideally with a focus on public relations as well as supporting and advising top management on communication matters.
• You are fluent in both German and English and can adapt your style flexibly to different target audiences and channels.
• You have successfully built and managed social media channels – particularly LinkedIn.
• You are familiar with text and image editing tools (e.g., MS Word, Adobe Photoshop) and use them confidently.
• You enjoy working creatively, taking responsibility, and thrive in a dynamic scale-up environment.
• You are willing to travel for events and reporting and accompany the CEO with professionalism and strong organizational skills.
