Integrated Health Solutions (IHS) team members are seasoned professionals with in-depth knowledge of the healthcare value chain and breadth of experience across multiple disciplines. They partner with hospital management teams and payers to drive complex transformational change, implement innovative growth strategies, streamline patient-focused care pathways, and optimize operations.
The Turn-Key department, as one of the capabilities of Integrated Health Solutions from the merger of two divisions (Design & Construction and Managed Equipment Services), oversees the design, construction, equipment, and maintenance of hospital clinical departments with high complexity, equipped with state-of-the-art medical technology.
The Position: Manage equipment setup, procurement, installation, and maintenance for core hospital departments (CathLabs, ORs, ICUs, CCUs, etc.) within IHS Turn-Key projects. Collaborate with architects, Medtronic teams, customers, and stakeholders to deliver state-of-the-art hospital departments and ensure ongoing high-quality clinical care. Support business development when required.

Pay range (Germany): 90,400 EUR – 135,600 EUR. This position is eligible for a short-term incentive called the Medtronic Incentive Plan (MIP).
